Most PPO insurance plans with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, or Multiplan are eligible for lactation consults at no cost to you. If you fall under these insurance providers, click here to get started with your lactation care.

If you have an insurance provider other than the ones mentioned above, you very likely still have coverage things just work a little differently. Insurance will be reimbursing you after you submit a Superbill after our visit. We cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for our visits but we will do everything we can to help. We will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card before our visit to ask about reimbursement.

Nadia offers home visits in the Toledo area. There is a travel fee of $30 (which is not covered by insurance). And an additional $1 per mile is added if further than 30 miles.

Bri offers home visits in Henry, Fulton, Defiance, and Williams County. If you would like to schedule a home visit with Bri but do not live in these counties, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
